Thank God that we're away from Erealia. I think that if I had to deal calmly with one more stupid "princess" offering to kiss me and turn me into a handsome prince, I would have broken more than a few of their delicate little necks.

Admiral von Karma, Sir, I am pleased to report that all of my furnishings and my uniforms have been delivered, and are exactly to specifications. However, the ceilings in this room are far too short for me. Perhaps there is something taller somewhere else on the ship? My head brushes the ceiling as it is, and I cannot wear my hat while indoors at all.

I'm sorry that I did not get here sooner. The passes were rough, and all too often crowded with people coming to and from the races. It is no excuse, though, and I intend to do better in the future. I will not be late again.

I am Major Vole, and it will be my pleasure to serve under Admiral von Karma as a Strategist for the Victoria II. I believe that some of my furnishings should have been delivered already, and if not, they should be arriving soon. I shall require a room with tall ceilings, if one is available, though the floor space does not matter much to me.
